During the past 11 years the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association has presented over $175,000 in scholarships to worthy high school senior baseball players at the Old Timers' annual banquet.  Funds are raised at the Old Timers annual scramble golf tournament.

The 2010 banquet is scheduled for Friday, January 22nd at the Maxwell House.

The Old Timers organization is now accepting scholarship applications.  Applicants do not have to play college baseball player to qualify, although NCAA Rules governing any athletic scholarships awarded may prevent the applicant from receiving a scholarship from the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association. Scholarship proceeds are sent to the College or University of the applicant who receives an award.
