Thirteen worthy high school senior ball players were honored as scholarship recipients at the 71st annual Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association banquet held at the Millennium Maxwell House on Friday, February 6, 2009.

During the past 11 years, the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association has awarded 84 scholarships worth over $172,000.  This could not have been possible without the support of our many sponsors and those who have participated in our annual golf tournament.

All proceeds go toward providing scholarships to some young men who might not have had the chance to further their education.  For this, the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association board of directors is indeed grateful for all contributions and thank you to all for your participation in our golf tournaments over the years.

Scholarship winners for 2010 will be announced at the 72nd annual banquet to be held January 22, 2010 at the Millennium Maxwell House hotel.
